Analytics and privacy
Naghva uses PostHog in the EU to understand how the site is used. Session replay reconstructs pages and interactions; it is not a video of your screen.
When recording runs
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, and when location is unknown, replay starts only after you choose Allow. In other locations it starts by default. A saved No Thanks choice or withdrawal keeps replay off everywhere. Basic cookieless analytics continue when replay is off.
What is recorded
Replay captures page structure, pointer movement, scrolling and interactions. Text and inputs are masked before transmission. Search terms, URL queries and fragments are excluded, as are console messages and network contents. Public images, static styles, layout attributes and canonical page addresses remain visible. We do not create person profiles. Recordings expire after 30 days.
Storage and location
The current integration uses browser storage, not cookies. An explicit Allow or No Thanks choice is saved in local storage until you change it or clear site data. Replay identity is limited to the current tab. Cloudflare estimates location from your IP address; the browser receives only a recording policy. This location is not added to analytics. IP estimates can be inaccurate, including when using a VPN.
Change your choice
Open Privacy settings in the footer and choose No Thanks to stop recording and clear the replay identity from this tab. You can choose Allow there later. A saved choice applies to this browser and website address. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control stop analytics and recording everywhere.
